100㎡ healing interior using eco-friendly materials
 

The recent interior trend is a soft, comfortable and natural style that is popular regardless of season.

We visited an interior site that created a calm and relaxing mood using eco-friendly materials and added point colors with furniture reflecting the latest color trends.

An eco-friendly laminate flooring that is strong against denting and has reasonable price was selected for this project. White color and clean wood texture create clean space.

The TV-side wall was finished using Hansol Story Wall.

Story Wall is a wooden wall material, but this panel can be installed at a reasonable cost while creating similar patterns and surface texture as natural materials like marble, stone, wood and solid color.

The pattern of Story Wall used here is ‘Light Travertine’ that emphasizes the gentle marble layer of gorgeous white tone.

 

 

└ Furniture made of PET board has an advantage of preventing change of color by light or contaminant.

 

 

Lighting is an interesting part of this interior.

Lighting in the ceiling was decorated with Hansol Story Wall of the same pattern as the one used on the TV-side wall based on the unique idea of the designer.

 

Kitchen space in the living room

This U shaped kitchen was decorated using the PET board popular in Europe to emphasize eco-friendliness of furniture. The lower drawers of the kitchen used indico color, and the upper drawers used white tone to have the same feeling as the overall interior concept.

The kitchen lighting also stressed the uniqueness by finishing with Hansol Story Wall.

 

The key of the kitchen is in materials.

In general, kitchen furniture are made using painted or LPM boards. In this place, PET boards were used.

PET boards are eco-friendly materials attached with PET sheets free of heavy metals and volatile organic compounds. Furniture made of PET boards are already common in developed nations such as Europe.

The PET board of Hansol is almost free from discoloring by light and contaminants.

 

 

Bedroom : Furniture was minimized to complete simple but healthy and comfortable resting space.

 

The same Hansol Laminate Flooring was used as the living room for a sense of unity. The built-in closet was also made of the same PET material as the upper drawers in the kitchen.
